Alpamanta is an organic and biodynamic winery from Ugarteche, Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza, Argentina. Vinos de Potrero is a boutique winery located in the high-altitude Gualtallary sub-region of the Uco Valley, Mendoza, founded in 2015 by Nicolás Burdisso (former football player of Boca Jr, Inter AC Milano, Argentina National Team) and Belén Soler Vallé. Their mission is to craft superb, high-quality wines that reflect the unique potential of this terroir, characterized by calcareous, sandy loam soils and high altitudes (around 1,350 meters). They focus on expressing fruit purity combined with mineral notes, primarily in Malbec and Chardonnay. Winemaking by Bernardo Bossi Bonilla utilizes traditional methods, including concrete vats/eggs, aiming for wines that are fresh, complex, and elegant.
Founded in 1898 in Maipú, Mendoza, Bodegas López is an exceptional Argentine winery continuously managed by the López family's five generations.
The winery is defined by the unique "López Style," emphasizing classic, elegant wines aged extensively in large, traditional French oak casks. Weingut Rosner is a Kamptal based winery that produces wines exclusively from its own vineyards around the winery. Clos de Luz was launched in 2015 by Edwards Cosmelli & five brothers: a young and dynamic team rescuing old family vineyards, using traditional vinification techniques with a modern management attitude.
The focus for our wines is quality and freshness, not an over extracted, alcoholic and oaky style.
Clos de Luz is a family winery located in Almahue Valley, known as the birthplace of Carménère in Chile. The estate, bought by our great grandfather in 1892 had been in the family for 6 generations. Now spreads over 33 hectares of vineyards, planted in 1945 by Gabriel’s grandmother Luz. They are some of the oldest Carménère vineyards in Chile, and probably in the world.
The domaine's vineyards are 100% ungrafted. Because Chile is isolated from the phylloxera, they are planted “franc de pied”, giving a unique character to the wines. The vineyards are also 100% Massal selection from old vineyards, as opposed to a large majority of vineyards planted using clonal selection (all genetically identical plants). This method preserves the natural diversity of the plants.
Winemaking Philosophy In our Massal 1945 we look for elegance, balance and aging potential. Though our wines we want to express the singularities of our terroir Almahue, so we remain using just natural processes with minimal intervention.
Our key points include an early harvesting process made 100% by hand, fermentations starts spontaneously thanks to the indigenous yeasts, not acidification and chemical products are added to the wines. The wines are stabilized naturally thanks to the cool temperature in the cellar.

NUALA Wines was established in 2010 by French entrepreneurs active in the wine business for several decades, to produce and export quality wines from New Zealand. Everything started in the Marlborough Valley, renowned for the quality of its Sauvignon Blanc. We are named after the Huia bird, one of the most sacred treasures in Maori culture. The distinctive feathers were a status symbol worn by Maori chiefs. In a similar fashion our wines are crafted with the utmost care. Nature has provided us with some great tools to make wine including our vineyard sites and climate. Quinta do Javali is a small family company located in Nagoselo do Douro, a small village in São João da Pesqueira on the left bank of the Douro river. We have a total of 30 hectares of vines spread over 6 different vineyards in Nagoselo do Douro and Ervedosa do Douro.
We only work with the grapes that we farm (organically) to represent the best expression of our vineyards, with enormous personality and character. We produce about 75.000l per year and make around 35.000l of still wine and 40.000L of Port (we are the smallest producer of PORT wines in the world).

In Slovenia, Sanctum winery is known as a Burgundian style winery. Our name implies “something hidden and sacred”. Our vineyards were originally created by French Carthusian monks from Burgundy who brought Pinot Noir to Slovenia in the 12th century. Bodegas Ochoa is Adriana and Beatriz Ochoa. Two sisters who view vineyard care and winemaking as a way of being in the world. Ochoa wines are a reflection of their values, the same ones that have sustained 180 years of Ochoa family history. White wines, especially moscatel, rosés, and reds rooted in tradition and full of wonderful identity.
Bodegas Parra Jimenez, founded in 1993 by the Parra Jiménez brothers, specialises in organic farming and winemaking in Las Mesas (Cuenca). With certified organic vineyards, they exported their first organic wine in 1996. In 2008, they adopted biodynamic agriculture, expanding into garlic, cereals, and cheese made from the endangered black Manchegan sheep. They produced the first Manchego cheese with Demeter certification. Since 2017, they also process and market garlic. Their philosophy — “we grow, we make, and we trade” — reflecting their commitment to sustainability, quality, and preserving local traditions.
The Pita family has always been connected to the world of wine. Every October, as is the case in many homes in the area, all the members of the family dive into the small family plot of land to produce wine in a traditional manner. Destiny had it that, years later, Emilio Pita would resolve make it his way of life. Just after his 23rd birthday, he began his studies in Oenology at the University of Bordeaux and then continued his education in California and New Zealand.
In 2010, he returned to Rubí de Bracamonte (Valladolid) where leads the way of the family project: a winery that always seeks to preserve the identity of its terroir in all its wines. This idea was expressed in the first year with Dominio de Verderrubí, its young Verdejo, which was followed in 2011 by the Atipyque and Pita wines, with which the winery extolled the expression of the land in each bottle.
Andrés Valiente and his son Rodolfo formed Viñedos & Bodegas Vegalfaro in 1999. Since then, Rodolfo Valiente has strived to develop a distinctively personal wine style at Vegalfaro, always built around organic practices and the willingness to combine tradition with innovation in search of optimal terroir expression. Bodegas Vegalfaro produces wines in three Denominaciones de Origen: D.O.P. Pago de Los Balagueses, D.O. Utiel-Requena and D.O. Cava. All Vegalfaro wines are certified Organic by the EU.

La Marciana is a small, terroir driven biodynamic winery from Southern Rioja making single vineyard wines. A special focus is given to white wines and to our favoured varietal, Garnacha. In a second work life, with our company Lili Wine, we work with more volume orientated wines. This company specialises in tailor made wines from all over Spain.
Pago Aylés is a family-owned winery in Spain that makes premium wines with care and passion. Bodegas Pinuaga is a family estate located in Toledo. Esther Pinuaga is the third generation taking care of the industry. Viticulture is 100% organic. At Organic Robles we have been making wines since 1927. We have been organic since the late 90's, working with vegetation cover, with native wild species with short roots and nitrogen fixers.
