‍To qualify to exhibit you have to be looking for distribution in at least three of the target visitor markets, ie: France, United States, Belgium, Italy, United Kingdom, Germany, Netherlands, Canada, Sweden, Spain and Switzerland.

Location: Paris Expo Porte de Versailles

Your Stand:

Your stand will be a ‘turn key’ individually branded stand - you just have to bring/send your wines. All your tasting equipment will be provided.
Wines Unearthed will be strategically located in Hall 4, The International Hall (and for 2025 all the international exhibitors will be on the same level)
Your space will include an unlockable counter, a high seat, bin, corkscrew, spittoon, 3 drop stops, bottles of water, 12 glasses that will be washed 3 times a day. For 2025 your stand will also include a shelf, one large table top ice bucket and ice, and branding on the front of your counter.
The space will include a shared lockable storage area with water and fridges.
Your stand will be branded with your company name, your country’s flag and your stand number.

PR & Marketing Support

Ana Sofia de Oliveira (French/Portuguese/English speaking) and Judy Kendrick (English speaking), the partners of Wines Unearthed, will be there on all three days to support you and direct appropriate visitors to your stand.

Wine Paris’s communication team: will be actively promoting Wines Unearthed to their visitors via all their platforms.
The Wines Unearthed marketing team: will be communicating about the Fair to their social media followers and database of international buyers.
WU on the floor plan: For additional visibility, Wine Unearthed will be on the floor plan and indicated on the badges worn by visitors to make it even more visible
Invitations and badges: You will receive 75 e-invitations and 3 exhibitor badges per stand

A bespoke Wines Unearthed brochure: will be handed out to visitors so they easily find the details of who is exhibiting. This will be replicated on the ‘visit’ page of the Wines Unearthed web site
The Fair’s online platform: You will be able to add your details to the Wine Paris & Vinexpo Paris online platform and catalogue so visitors can search and find you.

Wines Unearthed dinner on the Sunday eventing: to create a team spirit and sense of camaraderie we always organise a dinner the night before a Fair so producers can get to know their fellow exhibitors. Details will be sent to all exhibitors in advance of the Fair.

The Cost:

The total cost including all the services, the stand and equipment detailed above is 2.695 € + VAT (where applicable) for 2025. Wines Unearthed will book and pay Vinexposium for the space and you will be contracted and invoiced by Wines Unearthed at The Wine Agency.
