Your Stand:

Your stand will be a ‘turn key’ individually branded stand - you just have to bring/send your wines. All your tasting equipment will be provided.
Your space will include an unlockable counter, stool, bin, corkscrew, spittoon, 3 dropstops, bottles of water, emptying of spittoons, common storage area with water, fridges and shelves, 12 Glasses that are washed 3 times per day.
Your stand will be branded with your exhibitor's company name and your stand number.
Branding of the front of the counter, ice and ice buckets are also possible at an extra cost.

PR & Marketing Support

Ana Sofia de Oliveira (French/Portuguese/English speaking) and Judy Kendrick (English speaking), the partners of Wines Unearthed, will be there on all three days to support you and direct appropriate visitors to your stand.

There will be a specific PR campaign of the area by the Fair’s communication team and they will be actively promoting the area to their visitors, as will we to our international database.
We will provide you with a ‘Road Map to Export’ document - something similar (but smaller for each market) to the one we produce for London, with condensed information about each one of the top 11 visitors’ markets.
You will receive 75 e-invitations and 3 exhibitor badges per stand.
Printed information produced by Wines Unearthed will be handed out from the Wines Unearthed reception area, so visitors can easily see who is exhibiting, where they’re from and with whom they wish to meet

You will be able to add yourselves to the Wine Paris & Vinexpo online catalogue
Updated data about the top markets.
You will have access to the online platform and catalogue so visitors can search and find you.
You can book meetings online and send messages to visitors through the Fair’s platform (open one month before the Fair and open until 2 weeks after the fair closes)
Also, right from the start of our newly created concept back in 2015, we found this sense of community between the exhibitors in Wines Unearthed and we want to recreate this in Paris, so we are hoping to organise a dinner, the evening before Wine Paris & Vinexpo and will let you know if we find a suitable venue.

The Cost:

The total cost including all the services and equipment detailed above will be approximately €2.500 + VAT (where applicable). Wines Unearthed will book and pay the Fair for the space, and you will be invoiced individually by us.
